Driving Regulations for Epilepsy in South Korea

Abstract

|
According to the Road Traffic Act in South Korea, epilepsy is a disqualification from obtaining a driver’s license; however, conditional approval is available. This review explains how the government manages driver’s licenses for epileptics, and identifies relevant laws that people with epilepsy should be familiar with regarding their driver’s licenses.
